How can I pay my rent
One of 3 ways:
1. Via Blue Ripple Property Management’s Auto-Debit Program: This is by far the most popular among Residents and a free service provided by Blue Ripple for it’s Residents in which Residents set up for his/her rent to be automatically deducted monthly from a preferred checking or savings account. Never pay a late fee or snail mail a check again! You may set up an account using
www.clearnow.com/tenant.php and click on the Tenants tab at the top
2. Mailing of Rent: You may mail rent to the below address but it must be received by the 5th or it is late:

3. Can I drop off my rent in person? Yes, but this is not preferred.

**Rent must be seal securely in an envelope with your home address on the outside and/or name on it.
Can I pay my rent with a credit card?
How long does the application process take?
We usually have the application finalized within 2-3 business days.
If I know I want it the house, what is required to secure the home?
The application process must be completed in full. After the application is approved, you may secure the property by paying the deposit in full with cashier’s check or money order and any first month’s rent associated with your new home
Is there a security deposit? If so, how much? Is it refundable?
Yes, the security deposit is typically equal to about one month’s rent. It is fully refundable upon move out assuming all rental & agreement obligations have been met.
My child will be living with me, and he/she is 21. Does he/she need to apply as well?
Yes, everyone over the age of 18 must fill out an application.
My credit is not the best. Does that matter?
Blue Ripple looks at multiple factors when placing Residents into homes including rental, credit, and job history. Please call our office to discuss specifics.
What is your pet policy?
Pets are allowed in the majority of our homes with approval. A non-refundable pet fee is required.
What type of tenant is Blue Ripple seeking?
Blue Ripple is looking for long term tenants with stable rental, credit, and job history. A minimum of a 1 year rental agreement is required. We want tenants who pay on time and treat the home as if it were their own.
When can I expect to receive my security deposit back once I vacate the property?
Typically, security deposits are issued within 5-7 business days once the property is vacated and inspected. Blue Ripple has up to 30 days to return your deposit to you. Any past due rents, fees, or damages to property will be deducted from the security deposit.
When is rent due? When is rent considered late?
Rent is due on the first of every month, and is late after the 5th of every month. Late fees are assessed on the 6th and continue until paid in full.
